Born in Medicina, near Bologna, he is the Italian chef who throughout his career has collected 7 Michelin Star Awards to become the only chef to have equalled Gualtiero Marchesi.
In addition to being the judge of Master-Chef Italy, Junior Master-Chef and author of numerous books, Bruno Barbieri is a tireless and passionate traveler.
His cuisine has developed out of his love for traveling and for his native Emilia Romagna,
A cuisine tailored for the stomach rather than the brain, such as Bruno often affirms, composed of a bouquet of fragrances, colors, shapes and flavors in which the imagination can find its satisfaction.
